The Centre is strategically located in the city center. The new SIPEC center is well equipped with an indoor exhibition area/hall and an outdoor exhibition court.

There are two seminar/meeting rooms, two mini lecture/utility rooms and mini auditorium which can accommodate about 50 people.

The mini auditorium is well equipped with basic audio and visual aid, computer and modern multimedia LCD projector.

The Centre also has a special visitor room, a prayer room (Surau) and a canteen. There are about 20 parking lots for the visitor to park their vehicles. The Centre is manned by experience staff and a 24 hour private security service.
